In the event an issue arises, please follow the steps below.

1. Depending on the issue best practice is to reach out to the Seller first. You can find more information how to contact the seller under "How to Contact a Third-Party Seller"

2. Additionally, can also inquire through Chat Support by clicking the chat icon in the corner.

When you begin a chat, please ensure you include your Order Number.
