Add Your Privacy Policy to Online Booking

For accounts with a dedicated, 2-way inbox, to stay compliant with A2P-10DLC & ensure mobile carriers do not block outgoing messages.

1. Navigate to the Appointments tab on your dashboard.

2. Head to the Settings wrench

3. Click Smart Configuration

4. Click Booking Portal

5. Click Web Configuration

6. Click the edit pencil

7. Copy your Privacy Policy URL from the footer of your website, and paste it here.

Tip: Tip! If you do not currently have a privacy policy on your website, it's critical that you add one for a number of reasons. If you are not sure what to include, you can use this simple prompt with ChatGPT (or your favorite AI tool) to generate a policy you can use temporarily on your site. We recommend conferring with your legal council to create a final version.

8. Click Save

9. Your privacy policy will now appear as a hyperlink on the bottom right hand corner of your online booking page. This ensures your website is compliant with A2P10D-LC campaign requirements!
