Note: to charge clients a fee you must be enrolled in the POS system with Aesthetic Record 

  1. Login via web
  2. Settings
  3. Appointment Settings
  4. Cancellation Policy
  5. Fill in all the fields 

Once complete, you can mark clients as a no show 

Client will see the screen shot below, they must hit accept in order to acknowledge your policy and book their appointment
