1. Login to the web 
  2. Settings on the right hand corner 
  3. Appointment settings on the left 
  4. Click "Email and SMS" 
  5. First, enter in the email address for your clinic. This is the email address that patients will see when email notifications are sent to them. Once added, click save.
  6. Click the Edit button underneath each notification box.
  7. When editing, you can use the variables listed not the right, to customize your messages and personalize the notifications that are sent out. 
  8. You can turn emails/sms on or off altogether by clicking the toggle on/off
