Once the membership setup is completed from web, you can enroll any patient in the membership program:

A) From Client Wallet
B) From Treatment Plan

A) From Client Wallet :

  • Log into Aesthetic Record with valid credentials from i-pad
  • Search for the client.
  • Open the client profile.
  • Next, click on Client Wallet button on the top right cornerĀ 
  • Click Add Membership Button, in the top-right corner.

  • Details for Monthly Membership are auto-populated. You just need to collect client's card details and billing information

B) From Membership Plan (available only if client has not any ongoing Membership)

  • Open the client profile.
  • Next, click on "M" Membership Plan button (as highlighted in screenshot below)
  • Click on Create Treatment Plan
  • From the option choose, Monthly Membership Plan
  • Details for Monthly Membership are auto-populated. You just need to add the client's card details and billing information

How to Cancel, Update card Info for membership Program

  • Open Client profile and click on Client Wallet
  • then swipe left the row that says Membership-Monthly
  • Click on Details

  • Now you can update the card details or can cancel the membership from here.

P.S :

  • You cannot add more that one membership program to any client's profileĀ 
  • If you cancel membership, no amount is refunded to client
  • Client receives email notifications on signup, cancellation and monthly renewal
  • Membership Program is setup from web. Check out article on that.
