Aesthetic Record uses your signature to sign procedures before sending them in for review (as a provider) or to give consent (as a medical director).
To add or change your signature, you will need to go to your user settings.
First, log in your Aesthetic Record account on a desktop web browser and navigate to the top right corner of your screen. Click on the wheel icon here to access the user settings.
Navigate to the Settings menu on your left, select Account Information and click on Profile.
Your user profile window will appear.
At the bottom, you will find your Personal Signature. If you haven't added your signature yet, go ahead and use your mouse to add your signature.
If you have added a signature previously and want to change it now, click on Change at the bottom right corner and enter your new signature.
Once you're done, click Save to update your profile.
