View the Price List from the AR App

Quickly view prices for members, promotions, pricing variations internally or with your patients.

Utilizing the Price List from your AR App is a great method to showcasing your special pricing for memberships and allowing patients to see which member type and pricing is most beneficial to them and their budget.

Viewing the Price List

1. From the Patients list on the AR App, click the Blue Quick Button in the bottom right hand corner, and click the Money Bag Icon.

This is where you will access the Price List.

2. First, you can choose which clinic you'd like to see pricing for by clicking the Clinic drop down in the upper left.

3. If you would like to view Member Pricing for the chosen clinic, in the upper right you can click the dropdown for Memberships and select a membership type.

  • If Membership Pricing = 0, then $0 will be charged at checkout.

  • If Membership Pricing is left blank (--):

    • The system will use Regular Pricing.

    • If there is a *pre-configured membership discount, it will be applied to the regular price.

  • If a client has multiple memberships, the system will apply the lowest final price — determined by the lowest Membership Pricing or the highest applicable discount.

  • If there is no *pre-configured discount, the system will apply the Membership Pricing (if set); otherwise, it defaults to Regular Pricing.

    • *pre-configured discounts can be adjusted under Settings > POS > Patient/Client Loyalty

4. You also have the option to view your overall Inventory List, Pricing Variations, and Promotions.

If you choose Inventory, the columns below will reflect the inventory name, category, regular inventory price and the member price.

  • Membership Pricing can be managed through the Web > Inventory > directly within the Inventory Item's Membership Pricing tab. This is helpful as you can set up location-specific pricing, membership-specific pricing, and have regular pricing based on your business needs!

If you choose Variations, the columns below will reflect the Pricing Variation name and the Price of the Variation.

  • Pricing variations can be managed through the Web > Inventory > Pricing Variations Tab.

If you choose the Promotions tab to view, you will see the Promotion name, promotion type (package, discount, BOGOs), $ or % amount off/price, and member pricing

  • % and $ discounts will show in the Amount column

  • Packages and BOGOs will show in the Price column. You can also set up Member Pricing when creating packages.

  • Manage your promotions on the Web by going to Settings > POS > Promotions

5. When viewing invoices for patients after checkout, you will see a Membership Benefits section at the bottom. This is super helpful for members to see their savings from today's purchase, as well as their savings YTD!

A few things to note:

  • The Price List on the App is view only at this time. However, You can edit your Price List and inventory/member pricing through the Price List on the Web!

  • This is a great method to showcasing your special pricing for memberships and allowing patients to see which member type and pricing is most beneficial to them and their budget.

  • If the Membership Pricing in inventory is set to $0, then $0 will be charged at checkout.

  • If the Membership Pricing is left blank (--), it will default to Regular Pricing. Additionally, if there is a *pre-configured discount built into the membership structure, the discount will be applied on top of the regular price at checkout.

*pre-configured discounts can be adjusted under Settings > POS > Patient/Client Loyalty.
