On the day of the appointment, the "Mark As No Show" button will show up when you click on an appointment on the calendar.
This option allows you to mark and remove an appointment from your calendar when your client fails to attend their appointment.
After being marked, the appointment will be cleared from the calendar and the client's profile will be noted with this information.
You can find this note under Upcoming Appointments in the Client Profile.
If the client keeps failing to show up to their appointment, you can choose to fire them.

To mark an appointment as a "No-Show", follow these steps:
1. Log in your account and navigate to Appointments at the top of the screen. Click on it.
2. Click on Calendar. Click on the Day toggle and Today, then navigate to the appointment that you want to mark. Click on it.
3. In the Appointment Details, click on Mark As No-Show.
If you have a cancellation policy, Aesthetic Record will automatically charge the client's account with the cancellation fee.
