After a provider has signed off a patient procedure and sends it in for review, a medical director (MD) can find the signed procedure in the MD's Room.

Note: Only user assigned as a medical director can see the MD's Room. If you currently don't have a medical director, learn how to add one here.

To view and sign pending procedures as a medical director, follow these steps:

1. Log in your Aesthetic Record MD account, navigate to the top of your screen and click on MD's Room

2. Under Pending Procedures, you will find a list of procedures that need to be signed.

Review the procedures by going through Treatment Summary, Note, Questionnaires and Consent

If you click on a procedure, a treatment procedure window will appear, giving you more detailed information about the procedure.

You can sign individual procedure by clicking on the procedure and click Sign at the top right corner of the procedure detail window.

In case you want to sign multiple or all of your procedures at the same time, you can tick the checkbox in front of each procedure to select that procedure, or tick the box Select All Visible to select all your pending procedures at once and click Sign.

Once you click Sign, the Medical Consent Form will appear. This is where you sign your signature to give medical director consent.

If you have already added a signature to your user profile, Aesthetic Record will automatically use it to sign your form. Click Sign to sign the consent.

If you don't want to use the current signature, click Change and use your mouse to enter a different signature.

After a procedure has been signed, it will be transferred to the Signed Procedures tab.
