If your client has any special request or miscellaneous detail regarding their appointment, you can inform your provider by adding a note to the appointment.
You can add your note under Appointment Note when you are booking a new appointment.
It's also possible to go back and add a note to existing appointments in the appointment details window.
Simply go back to your calendar and click on the appropriate appointment to edit them. Then, click on the notepad icon under Appointment Notes to add your note.
