Log in to your account via https://app.aestheticrecord.com/login to do this and click on Appointments > the Gear Icon (next to Clinic View) > Smart Configuration > Booking Portal > Appointment Times Settings.

From this page, you can do the following:

Change your booking increments/intervals. For example, if you select 15 minutes, the timeslots that will show up on the booking page will be 10AM, 10:15AM, 10:30AM, 10:45AM, 11AM, etc.

Update your minimum lead time. If you don't want a patient or an employee to book an appointment within 1 hour before the appointment time, for example, you can choose 1 Hour as your lead time.

Enable or disable Book with First Available button on your online booking page. If you enable this, your patients can click on it to see the availabalities of the providers for the next fourteen days.
