First, you will want to start by going to settings, manage clinics, edit your clinic and at the bottom, check or uncheck the box to turn online booking on/off.

Once you do that, you will want ensure that the providers are available for online booking.

  • Log in via web
  • Go to settings (gear icon on top right)
  • Teammates
  • Users
  • "Is available for online BOOKING for Customers' is set to yes
  • Hit save button

Now ensure that service you are offering is available for online booking

  • Go to Appts tab
  • Click on "Smart configuration"
  • Service tab
  • Click on Service which you want available for online booking 
  • Click on "Additional info"
  • Ensure "Is this service available for Online Booking?" toggle enabled
  • Hit save button
