Adding a clinic is the very first step in setting up your Aesthetic Record account. 

Think of your clinic on this profile as your practice in real life. It will have an address, working hours, and contact information just like your practice. 

A. Add a Clinic or Location

Log in to your account via click on Settings, Account Setup, Manage Clinics, and then Create Clinic.

On this form, add the Clinic Name, Contact No., Timezone, Address, Notification Email, SMS Notification Phone, and the Business Hours of your clinic.

Under Notification Email and SMS Notifications Phone, enter the email address and the phone number you want all the notifications (booking, cancellation, rescheduling, etc.) to be sent to. You can leave these fields blank if you want to disable Aesthetic Record's automated notification system.

You can also choose to make your clinic available for online booking or online portal.

Once you're happy with everything, click Save. If you own more than one practices, repeat the steps above to add them all to your profile.


B. Edit a Clinic or Location

To do this, log in to your account via Click on Settings, Account Setup, Manage Clinics, select the clinic you want to edit, and then Edit. When you're done editing, hit Save.


C. Delete a Clinic or Location

Log in to your account via to delete a clinic. Click on Settings, Account Setup, Manage Clinics, choose the clinic you want to delete, and then Delete Clinic.
