If a new user already has an existing profile with another practice that uses Aesthetic Record, you can add them as a new user to your account with the same email address. This way, they only have to use one email address and one password to access all of the AR accounts they're linked to.

A. Add a User Profile for the New User (as the Head Admin)

To add a user profile, log in to your account via https://app.aestheticrecord.com/login.

Click on Settings > Teammates > Users > Create User. Please note that you'll get charged (check your plan for the amount) if you add a new user.

Enter the new user's email address and hit Enter on your keyboard. If the email address is linked to another practice that uses Aesthetic Record, you'll get the message highlighted in the screenshot below.

Fill out all the other fields and when you're done, hit Save. Once the new profile is created, the new user will receive an invite via email.

B. Accept the Invite via Email (as the New User)

The new user will need to log in to their email account, look for the invite, and then click on Accept Invite. If you don't see the invite in your Inbox, please check in your Spam folder.

After that, you can log in to to their AR account and can switch from one workspace to another.

C. Switch Workspaces via Web or App (as the New User)

The new user can easily switch workspaces from either the web or app.

Log in to your account via https://app.aestheticrecord.com/login. Click on your picture in the top right, and then you'll see the names of the practices you're linked to.

The workspace with a checkmark is the AR account you're currently logged in to. Click on any of them to switch from one workspace to another.

Log in to your account via the AR app. Tap the three horizontal lines in the top left and then you'll see the names of the practices you're linked to.

The workspace with the blue highlight is the AR account you're currently logged in to. Tap on any of them to switch from one workspace to another.
