Create, Edit, or Delete a Patient Profile

Create a profile for a new patient or edit their profile:

Create a New Patient Profile from the Website

Note: If a new patient books an appointment online, AR will automatically create a profile for them on your account.

  1. Click Clients tab at the top navigation menu.
  2. Click CREATE client/patient.
  3. Fill in all the required fields.
  4. Click SAVE.

Edit or Delete a Patient Profile from the Website

Important note: Deleting a patient profile is a user privilege. If you don't see the "Delete" button on your end, your user privileges need to be updated by the Head Admin. 

  1. login to the control center 
  2. choose a patient
  3. click on ACTIONS
  4. click EDIT or DELETE
  5. Edit the details and hit save or confirm that you want to delete the patient

Add a New Patient Profile from the App

  1. Log in to AR. app
  2. click the blue circular button on the bottom right 
  3. Press the “+” button.
  4. enter in all relevant information 
  5. Press the save button in the top right corner to save the patient’s information.

You can also lock this screen and hand it over to the client so that they may fill in the details while restricting their access to other clients profiles. Get the information filled without violating compliance rules 😉


Once the patient has been created, you can click into their profile. At the top right, click the 3 dots and click medical history.  In this section, you can add medical history, current medications, and any allergies they might have.

At the top, there is also a paper and pencil icon that you can click and it will take you to the customer notes for you to add any specific notes or specific requests.





Edit a Patient Profile from the App

  1. login to AR app
  2. choose a patient
  3. click on the 3 dots in the corner
  4. click profile
  5. Click on the pencil in the corner to edit
  6. type in the info and save in the right corner 

Restore a Deleted Patient on the Web

  1. login to the control center 
  2. click settings
  3. click recently deleted
  4. click Patients
  5. Click on check boxes>Restore
