Upload and/or View Documents/Completed Paperworks in the Document Repository

Add or View Documents in the Document Repository
Important note: Uploading photos/documents/files (for example, a patient procedure that was exported from your old EMR) to the patient's Documents Repository won't link them to a specific procedure.

A. Upload and/or View Documents/Completed Paperworks via the AR app

  1. Click on a client profile.

  2. Click on the 3 dots in the top-right corner
  3. Choose Documents from the dropdown.
  4. Click on the + sign icon to start adding documents.
  5. Allowed file types are pdf, excel, word and images.

6. You may add multiple documents, one at a time, using "+Add More Documents" button.
7. Upload your documents and hit Save. 😄 

B. Upload and/or View Documents/Completed Paperworks via the Website

  1. Click Clients at the top of the screen.
  2. Click on the patient.
  3. Click on MORE INFO.
  4. Select, DOCUMENTS.
    (This will show you the existing documents (if any). You can Edit/view, Delete or Download an existing document.)
  5. Click ADD DOCUMENT - you can drag and drop previously scanned in docs here 

(Images, PDF, Excel, Word documents allowed)
(Add the name your document, assign it a type, write in a description of the document as needed, and if the document should be tied to an appointment on file select it.)
