Want clients to click on your google or yelp link to leave a review? Follow the article below.
Login via web
Go to the Appointments tab
Click on Smart Configuration.
Next choose Communications.
Click on Survey.
You can paste your review link on any of the messages - Email/text. Once you save, clients will be able to click on the links after the appointment!
Important note: This survey email/SMS won't be sent to the patient if no survey form is attached in Smart Configuration to the service the patient booked. To learn how to create a survey form, please click here: Manage Surveys.
