Attach an Appointment to a Procedure

Tie in the patient's appointment to a procedure via web and app

Linking an appointment to a procedure will do the following:

- Attaches the forms completed by the patient from the patient portal

- Changes the appointment color on the calendar from Red to Green (after the Take Payment button is used with enabled POS)

- Lets you manually send post treatment instructions to the patient (after payment is taken for accounts with enabled POS)

A. Attach an Appointment to a Cosmetic or Health Procedure via Web

Log in to your account via https://app.aestheticrecord.com/login. Click on Patients, enter in the patient's name in the search box, click on their profile, and when you're on the patient's timeline, look for the procedure, and click on Edit Procedure in the bottom right.

At the top, click on SELECT APPOINTMENT and choose an appointment you want to attach. Under SELECT SERVICES, select a service the patient booked that you want to link to the appointment. Hit Save in the bottom right.

At the top, click on APPOINTMENT and choose an appointment you want to attach. Hit Save in the bottom right.

Log in to your account via the AR app. Tap the bubble icon in the lower right hand corner, then the magnifying glass icon. Type in the patient's name in the search box and tap the profile.

Once you're on the patient's timeline, search for the procedure you want to attach the appointment to. Hit the edit icon next to the trash icon.

Once you're in the procedure, hit Procedure Information at the top and then under APPOINTMENT TIME, select the appointment you want to tie in to the procedure. Under APPOINTMENT SERVICE, choose the service and then hit Save.

After hitting the edit icon from the patient's timeline, choose under APPOINTMENT TIME the appointment you want to link to the procedure. Click on Next until you see Save.
