Booking Appointments via Control Center (Web)

Booking an Appointment Through the Control Center (Web)

You can book appointments through the Web by clicking on the Appointments tab, and accessing your Web calendar. Keep in mind in order to book appointments you must have your availability set up. You can use the web browser through any mobile device as well. 
To book appointments through the web you will:
  1. Login to any web browser with your AR credentials
  2. Go to the appointments tab
  3. Click Create at the top left or click on the specific time slot on the calendar 
  4. Choose In person or Virtual Appointment
  5. Select your clinic 
  6. Select the Services Drop down > Select Service. Note: You can also add an additional service and edit time durations
  7. Choose a date by hitting the Calendar Icon
  8. Choose a Time slot 
  9. Enter First, Last Name Email/Phone Number - wait for the patient's name to show in the drop down if they are a current patient. NOTE- if you need to edit the email, name or phone, you must go to the patient's profile and edit their profile accordingly. You can't make these edits from the calendar page. 
  10. Appointment notes: Add an internal note for the clinic regarding the patient or appointment. 
  11. Click SAVE: Once appointment is booked, “send notification” for booking confirmation texts and emails regarding the patient portal, and completing required paperwork prior to their visit

Allow Booking Outside of Scheduled Hours

If you check this box, you have full control of booking outside of your scheduled hours. Example: If your availability is set from 8:00am-5:00pm, checking this box will allow you to book an appointment after 5:00pm. The customer will only have the option to book based on your availability. Keep in mind, there is a user permission for this so the user will only be able to see this if the user permission is on.

Allow Double Booking

This will allow you to book multiple appointments at the same time. This will override an equipment or resource schedule.

Enter Credit Card Details For The Cancellation Policy At The Time Of Booking

If there is a cancellation policy in place, you will need to select “enter credit card details” to tie patients card to the appointment (does not save on file, this is for the specific appointment only in case of late cancellation or no-show)


Book an Out Of Office Event 

  1. Login to any web browser with your AR credentials
  2. Go to the appointments tab
  3. Click Create at the top left or click on the specific time slot on the calendar 
  4. Choose "out of office"
  5. Select your time that you will not be available to see patients and save
