Clinic Notifications for Appointments and Check In's

To receive a notification every time a patient, books, cancels or reschedules an appointment:

  1. Login via web
  2. Go to settings 
  3. Click on manage clinics 
  4. Click edit 
  5. Under notification phone - enter in a cell phone number (this allows you to receive a text for every appointment notification. You can only add 1 cell number) 
  6. To add email notifications enter in an email address in the email field (you can add several emails)
Important: each phone or email that is associated in this section will receive notifications for the entire clinic. If you don't wish to receive these notifications just remove your info and hit save! 


To receive a notification every time a patient checks in for an appointment: 

  1. Login via web
  2. Go to settings
  3. Click on teammates 
  4. Users
  5. Edit a user 
  6. Check the box that says "enable check in notifications" 
  7. Click save
