Create or Manage Your Cancellation Policy

In order to enroll appointments in the cancellation policy, you will need to create one first! Please note you must have point of sale activated and approved in order to use this feature. 
  1. Login via web
  2. Go to appointments
  3. Wrench
  4. Smart Configuration 
  5. Other Settings
  6. Toggle the policy on 
  7. Enter in your policy and choose the amount you want to charge and the time frame
  8. You don't need to edit the bottom box, we have it pre-filled for you! 
  9. Click save once complete 
  10. This policy is applicable for online booking and staff scheduling!
