Create a Membership Agreement/Contract
Aesthetic Record offers a robust platform to manage multiple membership programs. With membership programs, you can add in an agreement so that you patient accepts, and signs off prior to enrolling!
To create an agreement login to the web.
- Go to settings
- Clinical Documentation
- Membership Agreements
- Enter in your agreement
These agreements are shown on the patient portal AND during in office membership enrollments. The membership agreement is then sent to the patients documents section in the event that you need to pull it for a dispute or for reference.
