Do not Call via the Patient Profile

"Do Not Call" or "Fire This Client" via the Patient Profile

Do Not Call Patient

  1. Open the client profile from web.
  2. Enable the toggle that says Do Not Call.
  3. When booking appointments, you now know if you want to call this client or not.

Fire This Patient 

You'd only want to use this feature if you no longer want a patient to attend to your practice. 
This also blocks them from booking online appointments.
