A. Edit or Delete a Procedure via Web

Click on Patients, enter in the patient's name in the search box and click on their profile. Once you're on the patient's timeline, search for the procedure you want to edit or delete.

Click on Edit Procedure. Once you're inside of the procedure, scroll down and then in the bottom left, click on Delete.

B. Edit or Delete a Procedure via App

Tap the bubble icon in the bottom right, then the magnifying glass icon above it.

Type in the patient's name in the search box. Tap the profile to get to the patient's timeline. Once you're there, look for the procedure you want to edit or delete, and then hit edit or delete icon.

Important note: If a procedure is accidentally deleted, it can be restored by clicking on Settings in the top right and then Recently Deleted on the left side from a browser.

C. Restore a Deleted Procedure

Click on Settings and then Recently Deleted.
