Export patient procedures and/or images via web and app

B. Export Patient Procedures and/or Photos via App

C. Export After Photos from a Patient Procedure via App

A. Export Patient Procedures via Web

Important note: You can export only the procedures (which include the photos, completed forms, treatment instructions, etc.) via web. If you want to export just the photos (separate from the procedure), you'll need to do this via app.

Log in to your account via https://app.aestheticrecord.com/login. Click on Patients, enter in the patient's name in the search box, click on their profile, More Info, and then Export Procedures.

On the next page, select the procecures you want to export by ticking the boxes on the left. After that, scroll down and then click Export.

B. Export Patient Procedures and/or Photos via App

Important note: You can export just the procedures or just the photos or both via app.

Log in to your account via the AR app. Tap the bubble icon in the bottom right, then the magnifying glass icon.

Type in the patient's name in the search box. Tap the profile and when you're in the patient's timeline, hit the three dots in the top right and then Export.

You'll be given two options: PDF Export and Image Export. If you want to export the procedures, choose the former. If you want to export just the photos, select the latter.

For procedures, tap on the gray circle on the right to choose the procedure you want to export. Hit the export icon at the top and then either email or print the procedure.

For photos, hit the gray circles below the photos to select the photos you want to export. Tap on the export icon in the top right and then either save the photos to your iPad photo gallery or email them to the patient.
