Export Patient Procedures and/or Photos

Export patient procedures and/or images via web and app

You can easily export patient procedures, or just photos from your AR account.

In this article, you'll learn how to:

A. Export Patient Procedures via Web

B. Export Patient Procedures and/or Photos via App

C. Export After Photos from a Patient Procedure via App

A. Export Patient Procedures via Web

Important note: You can export only the procedures (which include the photos, completed forms, treatment instructions, etc.) via web. If you want to export just the photos (separate from the procedure), you'll need to do this via app.

Log in to your account via https://app.aestheticrecord.com/login. Click on Patients, enter in the patient's name in the search box, click on their profile, More Info, and then Export Procedures.

On the next page, select the procedures you want to export by ticking the boxes on the left. After that, scroll down and then click Export.
