Send your client list over to HubSpot with just a few clicks!
Integration syncs: First name, Last name, Email
Integrate your AR account with your Hubspot so your AR contacts are automatically synced and you can easily send a mass email from either Hubspot to your patients.
Important note: This integration is only available on the Accelerator Plan and you should have a Hubspot account to be able to do this.
Integrate Your AR Account with Your Hubspot Account
- Log in to your AR account via https://app.aestheticrecord.com/login. Click on Settings > Integrations > select either Hubspot CRM in the bottom left corner > enable the toggle in the top right corner.
- Important note: The Integrations tab will only show up if your user role is Admin. It won't show up if your user role is Provider, Frontdesk, or Medical Director.
- Turn on the All Clients toggle if you want all your patient profiles to be automatically synced.
- Then, turn on the Newly Created toggle if you want newly created patient profiles to be automatically synced.
- After that, click on Authorize and a window will pop up. Enter in your Hubspot login details and then hit Save.

Forward a List from Your AR Account to Your Hubspot Account
Important note: A paid Hubspot account is required to be able to send unlimited lists from your AR account.
Log in to your AR account via https://app.aestheticrecord.com/login. Click on Business Insights > Clients > Create report > select from the options and fill out the fields > Share > select Hubspot or MailChimp.
A window will pop up. Fill out the fields and hit Save.
