Manage Provider Schedules
Add, edit, or delete a provider schedule via web

In this article, you can learn how to:

A. Add a Provider Schedule

B. Edit a Provider Schedule

C. Delete a Provider Schedule

Important note: Only the users who are providers can have their schedule added in AR.


A. Add a Provider Schedule

To add a provider schedule, log in to your account via https://app.aestheticrecord.com/login.

Click on Appointments > the Gear Icon (next to Clinic View) > Smart Configuration > Provider, click on the provider whose schedule you want to add, and then Add Schedule.

1. Single Date/Day
A window will pop up. Select Daily if you want to set a single day's schedule.
Date: January 1, 2021 (Friday)
Time: 9AM - 9PM (STRAIGHT)
Location: Lovely Lines
Select Daily, choose 01/01/2021 under Date, and leave the Repeat This Till blank empty. Add the start and end time for the clinic that the provider will work at on that date.

Select if the schedule is for All Appointment Types, In-Person Only, or Virtual Only and hit Save.

Date: January 1, 2021 (Friday)

Time: 9AM - 12PM and 1PM - 9PM (SPLIT)

Location: Lovely Lines

Select Daily, choose 01/01/2021 under Date, and leave the Repeat This Till blank empty. Add the start and end time for the clinic that the provider will work at on that date and then hit the plus sign on the right, add the start time and end time.

Select if the schedule is for All Appointment Types, In-Person Only, or Virtual Only and hit Save.

2. Consecutive Dates/Days

Dates: January 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, 2021 (Monday - Friday)

Time: 9AM - 9PM (STRAIGHT)

Location: Lovely Lines

Choose Daily, select 01/04/2021 under Date and then 01/08/2021 under Repeat This Till. Add the start and end time for the clinic that the provider will work at on those dates.

Select if the schedule is for All Appointment Types, In-Person Only, or Virtual Only and hit Save.

Dates: January 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, 2021 (Monday - Friday)

Time: 9AM - 12PM and 1PM - 9PM (SPLIT)

Location: Lovely Lines

Choose Daily, select 01/04/2021 under Date and then 01/08/2021 under Repeat This Till. Add the start and end time for the clinic that the provider will work at on those dates and then hit the plus sign on the right, add the start time and end time.

Select if the schedule is for All Appointment Types, In-Person Only, or Virtual Only and hit Save.

3. All Mondays (or Any Other Day) of a Month or Year

Dates: January 4, 11, 18, and 25, 2020 (All Mondays of January 2021)

Time: 9AM - 9PM (STRAIGHT)

Location: Lovely Lines

Select Weekly and then Monday. Choose 01/04/2021 under Date, and then 01/25/2021 under Repeat This Till. Add the start and end time for the clinic that the provider will work at on those dates.

Select if the schedule is for All Appointment Types, In-Person Only, or Virtual Only and hit Save.

Dates: January 4, 11, 18, and 25, 2020 (All Mondays of January 2021)

Time: 9AM - 12PM and 1PM - 9PM (SPLIT)

Location: Lovely Lines

Choose Weekly and then Monday. Select 01/04/2021 under Date and then 01/08/2021 under Repeat This Till. Add the start and end time for the clinic that the provider will work at on those dates and then hit the plus sign on the right, add the start time and end time.

Select if the schedule is for All Appointment Types, In-Person Only, or Virtual Only and hit Save.

B. Edit a Provider Schedule

To edit a provider schedule, log in to your account via https://app.aestheticrecord.com/login.

Click on Appointments > the Gear Icon (next to Clinic View) > Smart Configuration > Provider. Click on the provider whose schedule you want to edit, and then click on the schedule. Adjust the start and end time and then hit Save.

Important note: You can only edit a schedule on a date at a time. It's not possible to mass edit schedules on multiple dates.

C. Delete a Provider Schedule

To delete a provider schedule, log in to your account via https://app.aestheticrecord.com/login.

Click on Appointments > the Gear Icon (next to Clinic View) > Smart Configuration > Provider, click on the provider whose schedule you want to delete, and then click on the schedule.

1. Single Day/Date

Important note: Only schedules with no booked appointments can be deleted.

Click on the schedule and then Delete,

2. Multiple Days/Dates

Important note: Only schedules with no booked appointments can be deleted.

Click on Delete Schedule, select the dates of the schedules you want to delete by ticking the boxes on the left, and then click on Delete Schedule again.
