Online Booking Portal Setup and eCommerce
We've launched a brand new Online Booking experience! You will now have the ability to sell e-gift cards, promotions and more!
We will take you through each setting that will need to be adjusted in order to use Online Booking to the fullest:
Manage Clinic Settings for Online Booking OR eCommerce Only
- Go to settings
- Manage Clinics
- Choose your clinic, and click EDIT
- Next, complete all the fields
- Make sure that "Online booking" Checkbox is selected or if you only wish to offer eCommerce you will want to select that checkbox.
- If you have online booking selected, patients will be able to purchase items, and book online pending that your services are configured
- if you have the eCommerce only box checked, patient will not be able to book online, but instead they will be able to purchase packages and memberships if you have those settings turned on
- If you do not wish to show your clinic for either, you will want to uncheck both boxes
- You will also want to add in any important information that you'd like listed for online booking
Turn Providers On For Online Booking
Patients will see a "staff" page via the online booking portal. So, you will want to make sure that staff Bio's and Profile images are up to date!
- Go to settings
- Teammates
- Users
- Next, choose a user and click edit
- Scroll down and make sure the following are complete:
- Provider available for online booking needs to be selected
- Bio and name
- Profile Image
- Go to settings
- POS
- Promotions
- Choose an existing promotion or add a new one
- NOTE: this is only available for Package and BOGO offers
- Complete all the fields and start by selecting the checkbox "available for online booking"
- Next, add in a name for example "Microneedling Package of 3"
- Enter in the description - this would be any relevant information that you would want the patient to see
- Upload an image that you would like to be associated with this promo.
- NOTE: Keep in mind these online booking fields are ALL visible to the patient!
Sell e-Gift Cards Via Online Booking
- Go to settings
- POS
- e-gift cards
- Create or edit a current gift card
- Then, be sure to select "available for online booking"
Choosing a Theme For Online Booking
- Go to Appointments
- Click the wrench
- Choose Smart Configuration
- Booking Portal
- Theme
- Select a theme and save
Adding Your Google Analytics ID
You can now add your Google Analytics ID for tracking purposes!
Go to Appointments
- Click the wrench
- Choose Smart Configuration
- Booking Portal
- Web configuration
- Enter your GA4 Measurement ID and hit save
