This report will list each provider's rebooking amount, total appointments and percentage.
Click on the calendar icon in the top right to customize the date range.
Click on the provider of choice to go directly to the rebooking rate.

This report will provide you with the patient’s name, appointment date, scheduled provider, service and rebooking details shown below:
Note: You can filter by clinic at the top right if you have more than one location.
