A. Reset Your Password If You Can't Access Your Account

If you forgot your password, you can reset it by clicking on this link https://app.aestheticrecord.com/login and hitting Forgot Password.

You'll then receive a temporary password to your email address. You'll need to enter that temporary password (don't include the quotation marks).

B. Update Your Password While Logged In to Your Account

Log in to your AR account via https://app.aestheticrecord.com/login. Click on Settings > Account Setup > Your Profile > Change password > Save.

C. Update Your Passcode While Logged In to Your Account

Log in to your AR account via https://app.aestheticrecord.com/login. Click on Settings > Account Setup > Your Profile > Generate Password or you can add in your preferred 4 digit passcode in the passcode field > Save.

The passcode is a 4 digit code which you'll enter if you have locked your app on the Ipad to give to the patient to fill out consents or questionnaires.  Once you are ready to unlock the app, click the lock button again and type in your 4 digit passcode.



Important note: This can only be entered via app.
