Restore Deleted Procedures and/or Forms

In Aesthetic Record, you have the ability to restore procedures (cosmetic and health) as well as forms in the event a user accidentally deleted them.

B. Restore Deleted Forms via the Website

A. Restore Deleted Procedures via the Website

Log in to your AR account via app.aestheticrecord.com/login, and then click on the Settings (in the top right corner) > Recently Deleted > Procedures.

Type in the name of the patient in the search field and then change the date range. Once you see the specific procedure to restore, click on the box found next to the procedure name and then hit Restore in the top right.

If you wish to restore all procedures showing up on the list, simply hit the box found below the word "Procedures" and then hit Restore.

B. Restore Deleted Forms via the Website

Log in to your AR account via app.aestheticrecord.com/login, and then click on the Settings (in the top right corner) > Recently Deleted > Paperwork.

Select from Cosmetic Questionnaires, Health Timeline Questionnaires, Consents, or Membership Agreements. If you know the title of the deleted form, simply type it in the search field and then change the date range.

Once you see the specific form you want to restore, click on the box found next to the title and then hit Restore in the top right.

If you wish to restore all forms showing up on the list, simply hit the box found next to the word "Title" and then hit Restore.
