Managing Patient Wallet Settings and Expirations

Wallet Settings

Allow patients to bank things into their wallet, and set up how long they are available for.

  1. Go to settings
  2. Click on POS
  3. Select Patient/Client loyalty
  4. Click on the left wallet settings
  5. For example if you want the free monthly facial to expire after 3 months you will add in the expiration for 90 days. 
  6. Once you have everything set up the way you wish, hit save! 
Note- this rule is applied to any items that go into the wallet regardless if they were added in via membership.
