Creating Discount Codes
1. Log into the web version of Aesthetic Record
2. Click the Settings Wheel
3. Click "POS"
4. Click "Patient Loyalty"
5. Click "Add Coupon"
6. Click the "Coupon Code" field and type the code you would like to use.
7. Example: "$100 Off Your First Month!", "$100 off", "100"
8. Click Dollar or Percentage depending on your preference
9. Add the discount value and when the code expires
10. For this example, we would only want the client to be able to use it one time, so we will choose Single Use. If the coupon code can be used for the duration of the membership, choose Forever. If the code is only available for a certain amount of time, choose Limited Time.
11. Click "Save"
How to use the Coupon
12. Click "Patients"
13. Search for the patient and click on their profile
14. Click "Membership Plan"
15. Click Add Membership
16. Fill out the required fields and enter the coupon code
17. Type "$100 Off Your First Month!"
18. Click "Apply"
19. Add the patient's credit card and click proceed
After that, they'll need to agree to the membership agreement and they're good to go!
Tip! Your patients also have the option to input the coupon code when signing up through the booking page or their patient portal!
