Updated over a month ago

Alert: Please note, Qualiphy charges the Practice $28.99 per completed GLP-1 exam. Depending on the pharmacy and dosing selection, the prescription costs will be billed at the time the Qualiphy Provider writes the prescription. You can check your up-to-date billing inside the Qualiphy portal, and you can track your completed exam count inside of Business Insights > Clients/Patients > Qualiphy Paid Exam Report.

1. To request a Qualiphy GLP-1 exam on the web, navigate to the Patient's timeline and click Create Procedure.

2. Choose Qualiphy from the dropdown.

3. Choose the desired clinic from the dropdown. If you do not see a specific clinic listed, refer to your Qualiphy dashboard for the appropriate API key and add it to your Integrations page.

4. The two GLP-1 prescription exams are listed at the top:

RX- Compounded Semaglutide

RX- Compounded Tirzepatide

5. You will notice this exam has a different message than those that require labs. The green highlight means this is not a stopping point! If you cannot provide the Patient's ID, Qualiphy will ask for it during the call. They will also request labs from the Patient if none are provided.

6. If you have the Patient's ID or labs, you can attach them by uploading them here.

7. The shipping address of the Patient is very important! If the address on file in the Patient's profile is correct, keep this box clicked. The available pharmacies will render based on the destination state.

8. If the shipping address is different, uncheck the box, and proceed with the new address.

9. Based on the shipping state, a list of preferred Pharmacy Packages will populate.

10. The options are grouped by pharmacy in order of dosing amount. Select your preferred Pharmacy Package.

11. Click Create, and the exam is submitted.

12. Once you submit, you will see the requested exam appear on the Patient's timeline. If the Patient is with you in the room, you can click Join Meeting to start the call with Qualiphy. Otherwise, the Patient will receive a text and an email within seconds of the request where they can join the call with a Qualiphy Provider on their smart phone or desktop.

13. Once the exam is completed, if the Qualiphy Provider approved the Patient for a GLP-1, you will see the Treatment Status change to Approved for Treatment.

14. The prescription will be written by the Qualiphy Provider and submitted to the pharmacy. At this point, the Practice will be charged for the prescription.

15. In addition to the timeline, you can also find the results of the Qualiphy exam and the corresponding prescription in the document repository. Click on More Info.

16. Click Documents.

17. Once in the Document Repository, locate the document you wish to view, and click on it to open it up!
