How Do I Sign Up for Qualiphy?
To sign up for Qualiphy:
Visit Qualiphy.me and in the top right corner of your screen ->Press Sign up FREE! You will then be directed to the signup page in the Qualiphy portal.
Enter the email address with which you want to register in the Email field & -Set a password using the Password field. Once the required information is filled in, click the Sign Up button.
2. The Clinic Signup screen will then pop up. Please proceed by filling in your clinic details
3. Enter the practice name in the Name of Practice field.
4. Select the state the practice is located in. Enter the address where the practice is located.
5. Next up is the Admin Details section.
6. Enter your full name in the Full Name field.
7. Use the Phone Number field to record your contact number.
8. The email address you entered at the signup screen is auto-populated in the Email field and is displayed in read-only form.
9. Next is the Medical Director Details section. Please populate all fields shown with your Medical Directors details below.
10. Once the required details are recorded, click the Next button.
11. This takes you to the Signing Agreement screen. To sign the DocuSign agreement, press on the Click here to redirect button.
12. On the DocuSign screen, mark the terms and conditions agreement checkbox and click the Continue button.
13. Click the Sign icon to proceed once you have reviewed the terms and conditions. This opens the Adopt Your Signature popup.
14. A signature based on your full name and initials is automatically generated and displayed to you. However, you can also draw or upload a signature file from your system storage using the Draw and Upload tabs.
15. Once the signature type is selected and the signature made, click the Adopt and Sign button.
16. Repeat the same steps at the top of the document below the Practice Name field and on the Cardholder Name field.
17. Once this is done, the Ready to Finish popup is displayed. From here, click the Finish button.
18. This starts the signature verification process that can take up to 30 seconds. Once verified, a success message is displayed. When you see this, click the Go to Home button.
19. This takes you to the final step i.e. Payment. Here, follow the on-screen instructions to record your credit card details.
20. Once recorded, click the Save Payment Method button. This completes the signup process. Your registration is now complete!

How Do I Integrate My Qualiphy and Aesthetic Record Account?
Log into your Qualiphy Portal and Aesthetic Record Portal.
In your Qualiphy portal, Navigate to settings in the dashboard field and press copy below the API key display. (If you have multiple locations, please press on clinics and press on view under actions to access each clinic location API Key)
3. In your Aesthetic record portal, press the setting (gear icon).
4. Scroll down and press on integrations and press on Qualiphy. Next, toggle the integration on in the top right corner.
5. Select clinic and paste the API key into the field and press enroll. You will receive a success message.
Once you have enrolled your clinic you will have the opportunity to request Qualiphy GFE’s and use our Rx Services.
How Do I Send an RX Invite Out Through Aesthetic Record?
To send an RX invite through AR:
Log into your Aesthetic Record account.
Navigate to the Patient Profile.
3. Select the Create Procedure dropdown and press on Qualiphy.
4. Select your clinic name from the dropdown, Next, Choose the appropriate RX exam type (e.g., Semaglutide or Tirzepatide).
5. Follow the prompts to send the RX invitation (fill out patient information, Upload Patient state or federal ID, and confirming RX shipping address.
6. Finally, choose the correct RX Pharmacy Package. The pharmacy package contains the pharmacy options on the right hand side, dosage options in the middle and total pricing on the right hand side. The total price includes, the consultation fee, medication, supplies, and shipping.
7. Click Create once all details are confirmed.
8. Your patient will receive an email and SMS with their individualized screening link. Alternatively, they can connect instantly with a Qualiphy provider in the clinic by clicking Join Meeting.
What Is Required for My Clinic to Send an RX Exam to My Patient?
Ensure the following before sending an RX exam:
Your Qualiphy account is set up.
Your Qualiphy and AR integration is active (instructions here).
The Qualiphy RX Agreement is executed by both your clinic’s medical director and the Qualiphy admin account owner (instructions here).
The patient profile is updated with valid contact details (address, email, birthdate, and phone number).
A valid RX shipping address is confirmed.
A copy of the patient’s state or federal ID is uploaded.
How Long Does an RX Prescription Take to Ship?
Once the RX is approved:
Prescriptions typically ship within 2-5 business days.
Shipping timelines may vary depending on location and courier service.
Patients will receive a tracking number once the prescription has shipped.

What States Can GLP-1 RX Prescriptions Ship To?
GLP-1 RX prescriptions can currently be shipped to the following states:

What Do the Different RX Statuses Mean in AR?
Here is an overview of RX statuses in Aesthetic Record:
Requested: Your patient’s individualized screening link has been successfully sent to them via text message and email, awaiting completion.
Approved: The RX has been approved and is ready for shipment.
Defer to Medical Director:
Shipped: The prescription has been dispatched.
Declined: The RX was not approved. Check for further details.
How Long Does Each RX Shipment/Vial Last?
A GLP-1 vial provides a 4-week (1 month) supply of medication (Semaglutide or Tirzepatide). Patients will receive an email three weeks after their prescription is filled, serving as a reminder to monitor symptoms and refill their medication.
What Happens When the Patient Care Provider Is Unavailable?
If a patient cannot reach your care provider:
They will be directed to connect with a Qualiphy provider using an exam link.
Your practice will incur a $17.99 charge to ensure patient care and safety.
Who Will Be Charged for the RX Total Cost?
Qualiphy charges your practice directly.
Patients are billed separately through your clinic.
What happens if the patient gets deferred?
You will only get charged for the consultation.
Is the Total Price Visible to My Patient?
No, the total treatment package price is only visible to your clinic. Patients do not have access to this information.
What Does the GLP-1 Pharmacy Package Price Include?
The treatment package price covers:
