Enroll a New Patient or Sync an Existing Patient to PatientFi Integration

PatientFi > Patient Wallet via Web

Click the Clients/Patient Tab at the top of your screen.

2. Locate and Click into a Patient's profile.

3. From there, click the Patient/Client Wallet tab across the top of their profile.

⚠️ If you do not see the wallet button, please have the Main Admin of your account double check that they have fully enabled the Point of Sale.

4. If the PatientFi Integration has been enabled and connected properly, you will see PatientFi at the top of the patient's wallet.

From there, you will see the option to either Enroll/Prequalify the patient, or Reload the patient's balance if they have previously connected to PatientFi using their same phone number & email address.

5. New Patient

  • phone number

Existing Borrower

  • phone number or active PatientFi account number

6. Click "Existing Borrower"

7. Click here.

8. Save
