Add Products/Packages, Dollar Credits, or Alle/Aspire/Xperience Points to the Wallet via Web

1. Log in to your AR account via https://app.aestheticrecord.com/login. Click on the Patients tab at the top. In the search box, type in the name of the patient. Once the profile of the patient shows up, click on it.

From the patient's timeline, click on Patient Wallet at the top.

2. From this page, you can add or remove dollar credits, Alle/Aspire/Xperience points, and products/packages from the patient's wallet.

If you don't see the Add/Remove button, ask your Head Admin to update your user privileges and click the Add/Remove Dollar Credits box for you. Once it's updated, please log out and log back in for the change to take effect.

Tip: Important note: Prepaid discount packages and services are automatically added to the wallet once the payment is taken so there's no need for them to be manually added to the patient's wallet.

5. From their timeline, hit the 3 Dots in the top right and then Wallet.

6. To add a product or package, click the + symbol.

7. From here, you can search for your Promotional Package, your BOGO, or any service/product you want to add.

Redeem from the App

10. Once you have added all your items to the cart and are ready to checkout, hit Wallet in the top right.

To redeem a wallet item for the patient, tap on any of the wallet items below (these are the products/packages put in the wallet manually OR previously purchased as part of a package or promotion.)

To redeem Alle, Aspire, Xperience points, hit Redeem.

11. From here, you can redeem Alle, Aspire, or Xperience points. You can also enroll your patient in Aspire or Evolus Rewards from the cart screen.

12. Once you're ready to charge the patient AFTER you have applied all of your Rewards and/or wallet items, you may now hit checkout.

Alert: Once you start the checkout process, you can no longer redeem an item from the wallet (this excludes Dollar Credits which are to be redeemed as a payment method on the checkout screen.)

13. To redeem dollar credits, select AR Wallet as a payment method. If it is gray and says Unavailable, it means the patient does not have dollar credits in their wallet.

Before hitting Charge, Tender, or Use to record the payment, make sure all the details are correct and the discounts, points, and the tip are already added because once the payment is recorded, the only information you can change on the invoice is the employee's name.
