Overview
The Busiest Day Report helps you identify which days of the week bring in the most appointments and sales. By comparing booked and completed appointments with total daily sales, clinics can make smarter decisions about staffing, scheduling, and promotions.
The report displays key metrics for each weekday, including:
Booked Appointments
Completed Appointments
Procedure Sales
QuickPay Sales
How It Works
The Busiest Day Report calculates your daily totals over a selected date range and visualizes which days drive the most business activity.
Columns Explained
Booked Appointments → Includes all booked appointments (even canceled and no-show). Out of Office (OOO) appointments are excluded.
Completed Appointments → Counts appointments where the Client Check-In button was clicked in the appointment card.
Procedure Sales → Includes only fully paid invoices tied to procedures. Partial payments, refunds, and partial refunds are excluded.
QuickPay Sales → Includes payments from Take Payment, such as:
Retail and service sales
Promotions (Package + BOGO)
Pricing variations
Excludes:
Gift cards
Cancellation fees
Memberships
Staff treatments
Service deposits
Days with No Sales → Appear as $0 for full week visibility.
Calculation Logic:
The Quick Pay & Procedure Sales values equals Total Sales for those columns minus excluded categories. Only full invoice payments are included; partial payments and refunds are not.
