Appointment Reports Overview

We have many reports in Aesthetic Record that your practice can benefit from using. We'll take you through each report and its purpose!

​Detailed Booking History Report

1. This will give you a break down of every appointment action that has occurred. Such as bookings, reschedules, cancellations and no shows. This should be your first stop when it comes to reviewing appointment history.

  1. Log in via web

  2. Go to appointments

  3. Click on the wrench icon

  4. Choose "Booking History"

  5. Choose the time frame

  6. Select export or download to excel

  7. Once on excel you can sort and filter

Number of Bookings by Service Report

2. This will give you a breakdown of how many times a service has been booked during a time period. This is great to help with forecasting and resource planning.

  1. Login via web

  2. Go to Business Insights

  3. Click on Appointments

  4. Click on Create Report

  5. Choose the time frame

  6. Now, you will see the number of bookings that occurred for that service.

Number of Bookings Per Provider

3. This will give you a breakdown of how many times a provider has been booked during a time period. This is great to help with forecasting and resource planning.

  1. Login via web

  2. Go to Business Insights

  3. Click on Appointments

  4. Click on Create Report

  5. Choose Booked Appointments report per provider

  6. Choose the time frame

  7. Choose all providers or a specific one

Number of Bookings Per Clinic

4. This will give you a breakdown of how many times a service has been booked during a time period for a specific clinic. This is great to help with forecasting and resource planning.

  1. Login via web

  2. Go to Business Insights

  3. Click on Appointments

  4. Click on Create Report

  5. Choose Booked Appointments report per clinic

  6. Choose the time frame

  7. Choose all clinics or a specific one

New Patients This Month

5. This report provides data based on the procedure date for new patients within the current month. It’s a great way to identify brand-new patients and connect with them through an email campaign—perfect for inviting them back in for a follow-up visit

  1. Login via web

  2. Go to Business Insights

  3. Patients

  4. Create Report

  5. New Patients This Month

  6. Choose the Month and Hit Save

Returning Patients This Month

6. This report will give you data based on the procedure date for returning patients within the current month.

  1. Login via web

  2. Go to Business Insights

  3. Patients

  4. Create Report

  5. Returning Patients This Month

  6. Choose the Month and Hit Save

Patient has not visited in X Days

7. This report will give you data based on patients that have not had a procedure recorded within the chosen time frame of days.

  1. Login via web

  2. Go to Business Insights

  3. Patients

  4. Create Report

  5. Patient has not visited in X days

  6. Choose the time frame and hit save

Average Number of Visits

8. This report will give you data based on the average number of visits during a time period.

  1. Go to Business Insights

  2. Patients

  3. Create Report

  4. Average # of visits per month

  5. Choose the time frame and hit save
