This feature facilitates seamless updates to product quantities and includes the option to "Continue selling when out of stock," alongside improved search capabilities. To access the Inventory Management page, navigate toPayments>Products dropdown>Inventory.
Viewing The Inventory
Search
Utilize the search functionality to locate certain products by entering the SKU or product/variant name.
Product Name
Review the product name and variant details to facilitate accurate product identification.
Stock-Keeping Unit (SKU)
View the SKU assigned to each product. Products without a provided SKU will be displayed as "NO SKU."
Available Quantity
View and update product quantities for each product variant.
Track Inventory
If you want the system to keep track of your sales and how much stock you have available, enable this option.
Continue Selling When Out Of Stock
If you wish to enable the "Continue selling when out of stock" option, toggle this setting on.
Editing Your Inventory
You can customize the Available Quantity and enable or disable the options to Track Inventory or Continue Selling When Out Of Stock, even after the Product has been created. After making the necessary inventory adjustments, remember to click Save to apply the changes. If you decide not to make any changes, click Cancel to discard them.
To modify multiple products, select them by checking the box on their right side, then click Bulk Actions.
Select Update Available Quantity (1) to modify the inventory total of the product, or select Set Inventory Status to modify the Track Inventory or Continue Selling When Out Of Stock settings.
Updating The Quantity
Select whether you want to add to the already existing quantity (1) or to set the value entered as the new total (2).
Enter the quantity you want to set, then click Save to set it.
Setting Inventory Status
To modify the Track Inventory or Continue Selling When Out Of Stock settings, check the box next to the option to enable, or uncheck the box to disable the option, then click Save. The chosen setting will be applied to all selected items.
