Create a Membership Agreement & Attach It to a Membership

2. Click the settings icon

3. Click "Clinical Documentation"

4. Click "Patient Paperwork"

5. Click "Membership Agreements"

6. Click "Create Agreement"

7. Click "Create"- From here, you can free type or copy and paste your membership agreement using the text editor.

8. OR "Upload Files" to upload directly from your device

9. Name your membership agreement something you can easily identify so that when you go to attach it to a membership or search for it in the Document Repository, it's easy to find! Click Save.

10. Once you've created your agreement, you are ready to go to add your Membership Agreement to an existing membership (or create a new one). Head to Settings > POS > Patient Loyalty > Membership Type and find the membership. Click edit, then under Membership Agreement, locate your new agreement and select it. Click save,
