Managing Bank Information

Step-by-step guide for adding a new bank account or changing your existing banking information for payout settings/processing.

Alert: Only the Main Admin on the account can set this up. Additionally, users must add their bank account only through the Payout Settings section in POS Settings in Aesthetic Record. You will not log in to Stripe.

Additionally, ensure the new bank account you add matches the legal business name registered with Aesthetic Record.

1. Log in to your account via the web. Click the Settings gear in the top right.

2. Click "POS"

3. Click "POS Settings"

4. Click "Payout Settings"

5. Click "Add new bank account"

6. In order for payouts to be credited to your bank account, make sure you have your correct bank account information added in. (Please recheck the info before adding in the details).

If replacing an existing account, you can save a new bank account as the default to ensure seamless payouts. This option is available during the replacement process.
