Restore Deleted Procedures, Forms, Clients, Notes, and Surveys

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to restore deleted procedures, paperwork, clients, notes, and surveys in AR.

Restore Deleted Procedures

2. Click the settings icon

3. Click "Recently Deleted"

4. Click "Procedures"

5. Choose the date range

6. Once you have found the procedure, check the box on the left.

Tip: If you wish to restore more than one, select each one. OR if you would like to restore all procedures, click the box located by "Procedure Name"

7. Click "Restore"

8. Click "Yes" to confirm

9. The procedure will then reflect on the patient's timeline to view!

Restore Deleted Forms

10. Click "Recently Deleted" in settings

11. Click "Paperwork"

12. Click "Cosmetic Questionnaires, "Health Timeline Questionnaires", "Consents", or "Membership Agreements" depending on the type of paperwork that was deleted. If you know the title of the deleted form, simply type it in the search field and then change the date range!

13. Choose the date range

14. Locate the type of paperwork that was deleted and check the box on the left.

15. Click "Restore"

16. Click "Yes" to confirm

Restore Deleted Clients

17. Click "Recently Deleted" in settings, then click "Client"

18. Find the client and check the box on the left

19. Click "Restore"

Restore Deleted Notes

20. Click "Recently Deleted" in settings, then click "Notes"

21. Click "Procedure Notes" or "Customer Notes", then search for the note. Then, check the box on the left.

22. Click "Restore"

23. Click "Confirm"

Restore a Deleted Survey

24. Click "Recently Deleted" in settings, then click "Surveys"

25. Search for the deleted survey

26. Check the box to the left of the survey and click "Restore"

Tip: If all deleted items do not show immediately, they will be added within a 10 minute time frame!
