How to Manage My Orders

1. You will recieve notification that an order has come through from Aesthetic Record Marketplace. Then you should navigate to the Vendor Dashboard.

2. Click "Orders"

3. Click into the "Order". Here you will find all of the information from the order such as Customer Information, and Product Information.

4. You have the option to "Add Notes" to the customer but it will also have auto updates here as well depending on what step in the order process the order is at.

5. You can also provide Tracking Information for your customer if you do not leverage Carrier Shipping which will populate it automatically.

6. If the customer has purchased a "Downloadable Product" you can grant them access here once they have purchased.

7. You can change the "Order Status" throughout the process to keep in sync with the timeline of your customers order.
