Requesting Warranty via Orders
1. Navigate to "My Orders"
2. Select the Order>Request Warranty
Alert: Note: Some sellers on Aesthetic Record Marketplace do not offer Warranties. This is determined by the Seller, and therefore you must submit a Support Ticket to initiate a return.

5. Click "Get Support"
6. Fill out the information regarding the return in the Message Area.
Alert: Note: Once the Seller has received the Support Ticket they will reach out to you. Please keep in mind that this can take 24-72 hours, and once the return is initiated you will be notified.
