1. Navigate to "My Orders"
2. Click "View" for the Order.
Alert: Note: Sellers utilize different shipping methods. Some will have auto populated tracking information once your order is shipped, and others will update manually. In the event they have not manually updated the order you can inquire about tracking information through a Support Ticket.

3. Under Shipments if there is a tracking number it will populate here under the order.
Tracking Information Not Populated
4. In the event information does not populate please submit a Support Ticket.
5. Fill out Support Ticket to request Shipping Status or Tracking Information.
