Now, you can book, reschedule, check in, cancel appointments, and mark no-shows, all within this single view. To access this powerful feature, head to the Appointment tab and select Clinic View. Here, you’ll find a comprehensive overview of all provider schedules, allowing you to manage appointments seamlessly from start to finish.

1. You now have full booking functionality from Clinic view. You are able to book, reschedule, check in, cancel, mark an appointment as a no show, etc. To use this enhanced feature, navigate to the appointment tab and choose Clinic View to access a comprehensive display of all Providers' schedules in a single view.

2. In the Clinic View, you can effortlessly find the ideal day and time for the Patient before proceeding with your standard booking process. This feature enables your front office team to efficiently navigate through all Provider schedules, ensuring a seamless appointment booking experience.

3. Once you've identified the preferred appointment, continue with the standard booking process and remember to save your appointment!
