Password/Passcode Expiration: Create a New Password & Passcode from the Web

Understand password/passcode expiration and how to update each, the 90 day expiration window, and idle time for your profile when logged in.

Updated over 3 weeks ago

1. When it is time to create a new password, you will first be notified that your password has expired after completing the login steps.

This screen is what will show next, and an OTP code should automatically send to the registered number on your account. If you do not have a phone number on file, you will receive the OTP code to your email address associated to your account.

If you do not receive an OTP code within a few minutes max, you can click the Resend OTP button at the bottom.

2. Fill in each field, entering the OTP code sent to your phone/email address, current password, and your new password of choice.

3. Lastly, you will need to pick a 4-digit passcode as well. Your passcode is used for the reasons below:

  • After 15 minutes of idle time when logged in to the Provider App, you will be prompted to log back in using the passcode or password on your account.

  • On the Provider App, if you lock the screen during paperwork steps in a procedure, you can use your passcode to unlock the device and proceed. The lock-mode is helpful if you hand the device over to a patient so they can fill out their questionnaires or sign their consents.

4. Click "Create New Password"

5. Following, you will be directed back to the login page to login with your new credentials.
