Set Up Your Profile

This guide is essential for optimizing your AR account profile, ensuring a professional online presence and enhancing security.

1. Start by going to the Settings tab from inside your AR account. In the left menu, click Your Profile.

2. You can change your photo by clicking the camera icon. This photo will show up on your online booking profile so save a good one!

3. Add your phone number/email & ensure you have the proper time zone listed.

4. Click the pencil icon to add your signature. This will auto-populate when you are signing charts. You can also go ahead and sync with your Google Calendar so that as clients book in AR, you can not only see it there, but also on your Google calendar.

5. Click "Generate Passcode" or create your own. Your passcode is used to reenter the iOS app when locked for non-activity.

6. It is now required to turn on 2FA. This will add a layer of security to protect your patient and practice data.

7. You’ll also have to set up a Security Question for Recovery. This acts as a backup if you ever lose access to your OTP method.

  1. Select one of the three security questions from the dropdown.

  2. Enter your answer. (Please Note: answers are case sensitive — if you use a capital letter, you’ll need to type it the same way in the future.)

8. Selecting your Favorite Membership Plans will allow you to view member pricing quickly at checkout for these specific memberships.

9. As a Provider, you can now enable SMS notifications anytime a change occurs to your appointment schedule. If someone books, reschedules or cancels, you have the option to be notified via SMS at a number of your choosing. Click Save and your profile is all setup!
