3. Click "Create Groups"

5. Once you have added all of the products/categories, click Save

7. Click "Create discount".
Creating a Group Package on the web and Redeeming on the App
8. Let's start by changing the Discount Type to "Package" and the Select Package Type to "Group". From here, you will fill in all the necessary fields (name, price, etc.)
Select the group from the discount group created earlier under "View Discount Group list" (step 2). Type in how many units from that group that the patient will receive.
For example, in this Group Package, the patient can buy 100 units of the toxin of their choice for $1,000.
Don't forget to save!
Alert: Notice, there is not a way to make this package available for online booking. These types of packages can only be purchased in clinic.
9. To purchase the Group Package, log into the AR app. In the bottom right corner, click the blue bubble with 3 white dots. From there, click the credit card icon to go to QuickPay.
10. Make sure you select client/patient so that the package goes into the correct wallet (do not select guest.)
11. Tap Promotions at the top and select the Group Package you created.
12. Once you have selected the group package, the next screen will list all the items offered in that discount group.
Since this group package contains 100 units of any toxin, the provider can check the toxins the patient wants to receive. You can split up the quantity between different products or use all of the units on one item.
13. Tap Yes to send the items into the Wallet.
14. Complete the check out process for the Group Package goes into the wallet.
15. When the patient comes back in to redeem the items from the Group Package, start a cosmetic procedure. Chart the same items from the purchased package. Tap the credit card icon once charting is complete.
16. At the top of the check out screen, tap Wallet. This screen shows what the patient currently has in their wallet.
17. Touch the item you want to redeem (the same as the one you charted) and update how many units you are redeeming. Tap Redeem.
18. Make sure you complete the checkout process, even if the total is $0.
Creating a BOGO Discount Group on the web and Redeeming on the App
19. Back on the web, click "Create discount".
20. Let's start by changing the Discount Type to "BOGO Discount Group".
Select Group to Purchase Product: Choose 1 group from the discount groups created earlier under "View Discount Group list" (step 2). Type in how many units from that group that the patient will purchase.
(**Notice that there is no place to put a price. That is because the patient will be charged the regular price of the inventory items they are purchasing from this group.)
Select Group For Discount: Choose another group, or the same group, from the discount groups created and designate how many units from this group the patient will receive for free. (**You can also change the Discount Type here from free to % off.)
For example, in this BOGO Discount Group, the patient can buy 200 units of a toxin of their choice and receive 1 filler of their choice for free. The price is whatever toxin they chose multiplied by 200.
Don't forget to save!
Alert: Notice, there is not a way to make this BOGO available for online booking. These types of packages can only be purchased in clinic.
21. If the patient is pre-purchasing and you are using QuickPay (see steps 9-10), tap Promotions at the top. Tap the promotion you want to add to cart.
22. From here, you can select the items the patient wants to purchase and how many they want of each. The price is listed since the patient is not charged a pre-set fee, they are charged the price of each item they purchase in the package.
In this example, the patient has to buy 200 units of any toxin to receive a free filler. If they choose 100 units of Xeomin, 50 of Jeuveau, and 50 of Daxxify, the total is 100 multiplied by $12, 50 multiplied by $10, and 50 multiplied by $17.
23. On the next screen, select the free or discounted item the patient wants.
Here, the patient chose Restylane Lyft as their free filler.
Tap Done.
24. Send the items to their wallet.
25. Complete the checkout process.
26. When the patient comes back in to redeem the items from the BOGO Discount Group, start a cosmetic procedure. Chart the same items from the purchased package. Tap the credit card icon once charting is complete.
27. Tap the wallet and then the items you want to redeem. Repeat this for any item charted that can be redeemed through the wallet.
28. Make sure you complete the checkout process, even if the total is $0.
